Because we’re committed to accessible luxury, we continually update our prices based on market distribution costs. We are able to offer accessible luxury by eliminating unnecessary costs — such as order packaging, advertising, samples and gifts with purchase. AKB BEAUTY WAREHOUSE
Our International buying teams source and purchase the products from major city worldwide like Paris, Rome, London, New York, Warsaw, Tokyo, Seoul, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taipei, and curate our products in our international warehouse centralized in Hong Kong.
Our international warehouse is temperature-controlled and every single product is subject to quality control inspections and a meticulous packaging process.

1. Shipping Coverage
AKB Beauty currently ships within the United States only.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, BFPO, APO/FPO, or military addresses.
- Orders are shipped from our centralized international logistics hub in Hong Kong.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
- Orders placed Monday to Thursday are usually processed the same day or the next business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed during the next 2–3 business days.
- Once an order is submitted, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Standard delivery: 10–16 business days after dispatch
- Remote or out-route areas: 14–28 business days after dispatch
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to public holidays, customs clearance, courier routing, or remote-area handling.
AKB Beauty cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
4. Shipping Fees
- Free Flat Rate Shipping for orders over USD 300
- USD 35 for orders below USD 300
- Additional delivery fees may apply for remote areas and will be displayed at checkout
5. Tracking Information
- A tracking number will be provided via shipping confirmation email once the order is dispatched.
- Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress via the tracking link.

6. Split Shipments
Due to international shipping regulations, packages may not exceed 3.90 lbs (1.77 kg).
- Orders exceeding this weight may be shipped in multiple packages under the same order.
- All split shipments are dispatched together.
7. Delivery Attempts & Undeliverable Shipments
AKB Beauty arranges one (1) delivery attempt only per order.
If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Failed delivery attempt
- Refusal by recipient (including refusal to pay duties or taxes)
No refund will be issued.
In such cases, customers are required to contact the courier directly or collect the parcel from the courier’s designated location.
8. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- Prices shown at checkout do not include customs duties or import taxes.
- Customers are fully responsible for all customs clearance, duties, taxes, or related fees.
- If a shipment is delayed, returned, or seized due to customs issues, no refund will be issued.
9. Unauthorized or Unfamiliar Transactions
If you notice any unfamiliar or unauthorized transaction:
- You must notify AKB Beauty within 24 hours of receiving the order confirmation email.
- Customers are required to contact AKB Beauty before raising disputes or chargebacks with payment providers.
Failure to notify us within this timeframe may limit our ability to assist and may affect dispute outcomes.
10. Returns Policy
AKB Beauty accepts returns within 30 days from the original shipping date, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Returns are issued in the form of a refund coupon, valid for 30 days from the issue date
Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened, used, leaked, or damaged products
- Promotional or best-value items
- Final sale / non-refundable items
- Returns made after 30 days from shipping date
11. Return Authorization Process
- Email cs@akb-beauty.com to request a Return Authorization (RA)
- Returns shipped without prior approval will incur a 50% handling fee
- Approved returns must include the original packing slip and be securely packaged
Each order may only be returned once. Multiple parcels will not be accept
12. Fragrance Policy
- Fragrances are final sale and non-returnable unless defective.
- Defective fragrance claims must be supported with photos and order details.
13. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email cs@akb-beauty.com with:
- Exterior parcel box photo
- Interior packaging photo
- Damaged or defective product photo
- QR code on the product
All packaging materials must be retained.
14. Lost Shipments
- Customers must monitor tracking until delivery is confirmed.
- No refunds will be issued if the courier’s official tracking shows Delivered.
In confirmed cases of lost shipment, AKB Beauty may issue a refund coupon at its discretion.
15. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are accurate.
Orders cannot be modified once submitted. Incorrect address entries may result in failed delivery with no refund.
16. Exchanges
AKB Beauty does not offer exchanges. All exchanges are treated as returns. Customers must place a new order.
17. Purchase Limits
Orders containing 10 or more units of the same item may not be fulfilled.
